Shipping policy

All orders are sent with PostNL or DHL. A Track & Trace link will be communicated with you by email once your order has been dispatched.

  • €3 on orders below €50
  • FREE shipping on orders over €50

European Union*: 

  • €5 on orders below €50
  • FREE shipping on orders over €50

Rest of the World:

  • €10 on orders below €50
  • FREE shipping on orders over €50

Customs and import taxes
Please, note that CiCi’De Jewelry is not responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply in your country or for any delays due to customs clearance.

Return & Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please, note that the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

In order to initiate a return, please contact us at info@cicidejewelry.nl. We will then communicate with you the steps to follow to return your order. Items returned without noticing us first will not be accepted. 

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if there is anything wrong (defect, damage, wrong item, etc.)  with the received items. This way we can assess the issue as soon as possible and so that we can make it right to you.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gasses. Please, get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

In the case that you wish to exchange products, we recommend that you first request a return for the purchased item, and once accepted, you make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and will let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on the original payment method. Please remember that it can take up to several days for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
